The wait is over....it's finally here...no, not christmas, the first ever Tracy Welsh music video which was launched this week on YouTube, and will be flying through the world wide web from this moment on....make sure you check it out and let us all know what you think of this 'truly homemade' work of art....

A huge thank you to all who appeared in the video and who helped to make it possible.....

But the biggest pat on the back goes to the main man....Ritchie Rees.....who has nurtured Tracy from day 1

Ritchie has spent many sleepless nights editing, filming, and basically punching his computer to get this video right for Tracy.

The song is, 'You can't beat me' .....

It'll be worth your while coming down to WPT Thai Boxing gym's opening day this sat 10th Nov, between 11am and 1pm to look around, meet and have a pic taken with world champion boxer Enzo Maccrinelli and Gary Lockett!
Also there'll be some demonstrations from the members of the gym, and of course, I'll be giving a couple of tunes too...
All in all a great day out for the whole family!
Oh, almost forgot...there'll be TV camera's there and the press and a live radio broadcast!!!
How cool is that?!

We had so many fireworks for our house party, that we were setting them off for 4 hours!!!
Had a lovely time with my family eating burgers and hot dogs etc. Oh and the chocolate spread was out too!!!

Hey Troopers!
been flat out for a long time now, and there's still no letting up...
training has become intense and November 18th is when I'm scheduled to fight.
Can't believe how fast the year has traveled by, with Christmas just around the corner, I'm feeling a sense of exciting panic coming on strong!
I say now's the time to start your shopping, even if it's just one thing a week, then we can all avoid the hustle and bustle of last minute grabbing of things that you or the person you're buying them for really don't want, but you have to make up the numbers!
I love Christmas for many reasons, I hope it snows this year...
Halloween next, then guy fawks, where I've planned a party at my home for all my family and friends to enjoy the fire works ....
Not forgetting, my Dad will be Half a century on November 11th!!!! ha ha ha ha!!!!!!

Can't believe how busy I've been over the last 2 months.
And to top it off I took a lovely trip to Majorca for a week, just to chill out and relax.
Back to work now, and ready for action!
I'm in training full time now for my first Thai boxing fight coming up at the end of October! I'm really excited for that..

Well, Just got in from my first day at work, and I must say, I'm feeling pretty tired. Even though I didn't do much, the standing around was tiring enough. I'm kinda used to a fast pace, so this is really different for me.
Nice to have the experience though.
Lovely friendly people at the store, they made me feel really welcome...

Starting my new job today. Don't know quite what I'll be doing yet, but that's gonna be the fun part!
I'll keep you informed of how my first day went when I finish tonight ....xx

Well, what a surprise I had when I walked into this venue!
Sitting right in front of me were my biggest fans and very good friends; Ali, Caz, Wendy, Steve, Jen and Rich, who had travelled out of their home town to come see me!
Needless to say, I was pretty chuffed!
Other than that, The audience in the club were second to none.
